Mushrooms Las Vegas

About Mushrooms Las Vegas

Mushrooms Las Vegas explains psilocybin law, safety and legal access for people who live in or visit Las Vegas and the rest of Nevada. Here's who we are and who owns the site.

Products

From our sister shop, My Mushroom Dispensary. Adults 21+ only.

What we do

People search "magic mushrooms Las Vegas" for very different reasons: a visitor wondering whether the shops on the Strip sell the real thing, a local reading about a bill, someone deciding whether to drive to Colorado for a licensed session, someone helping a friend through a bad night. We try to give each of them a straight, sourced answer.

That means Nevada's statutes and penalties quoted from the Nevada Revised Statutes, the bill history from the Legislature's own records, what federal agencies have actually published, every licensed psilocybin center within reach of Las Vegas with its road distance, what testing has found in "mushroom" gummies and chocolate, and where to get help. Every factual claim links to its source.

Who owns this site

Mushrooms Las Vegas is published by the team that runs My Mushroom Dispensary, an online shop for adults 21 and over. We tell you this because it matters when you weigh what we write.

Here's how that relationship shows up on the site:

  • Every page has a green Products button near the top that goes to the shop's product page. The line under it says it's our sister shop and that it's for adults 21 and over. On the three safety pages that open with emergency phone numbers, the button comes after the numbers.
  • Four pages (the home page and our guides on shops, delivery and microdosing) also include a clearly labeled box about the shop, and each box carries a disclosure line saying the same team runs it. Those three guides also link to the shop once in their text, and this page links to it once in the text above.
  • Apart from that button and the line under it, our law, safety, therapy, data and news pages carry no links to the shop and don't mention it.
  • We sell no ads, and nobody pays us to cover or link to anything.
  • We don't review or rate shops, and we don't publish prices or deals.

Ordering psilocybin is illegal under federal law and under Nevada law, and no state allows it by mail. We say that in every shop box, and we say it here.

Who writes and checks the pages

Pages are written and checked by the Mushrooms Las Vegas desk, a small editorial team. We don't publish named bylines. Instead we show our work: each page lists its sources, most of them primary records such as statutes, court and agency documents, clinical trial registrations and peer-reviewed studies, and a separate fact-check compares each figure with its source before a page goes live.

We use AI tools to help with research, drafting and fact-checking, and the illustrations on this site are AI-generated and labeled as such. People decide what we publish and are responsible for it. Our editorial standards explain the process and how we handle corrections.

What we don't do

We don't give dosing, preparation or growing instructions, legal advice or medical advice. If you're facing a charge, talk to a Nevada criminal defense lawyer. If you're worried about your health or a medicine you take, talk to a doctor or pharmacist. If someone is in danger now, call 911, and see our help page for the other numbers.

Questions, corrections and tips go to the address on our contact page.
